About The Founder
Tatum Godwin has always had a heart for serving others. From a young age, she dedicated her time to community service, volunteering, supporting local families, and finding ways to make a difference in the lives of children. Her passion for helping others, combined with her education in psychology and criminology, inspired her to create Bright Mind Behavioral Health Center.
After witnessing the growing mental health needs of children and families in her community, Tatum felt called to build a place where young people could find hope, healing, and support. She believes every child deserves to feel seen, heard, valued, and loved.
Through Bright Mind, Tatum is turning a lifelong passion for service into a lasting impact—creating a safe and compassionate space where children can heal, grow, and be reminded that they are never alone.
